Send it via the normal channels (rental agent(?) -> owner -> managing agent (firstname.lastname@example.org)). Also understand that they're working very hard behind the scenes to set up responses at this point. At a later stage this site might have more resources for these issues.
Trustees are working on this also. Once we get running with this site and the most urgent matters, we might use this site to give more up to-date feedback. This probably requires page access controls to be figured out first. For now, rely on the WhatsApp channels.
